Terms of Trade

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made by consumers on Inca Living's webshop, Inca-living.dk, operated and owned by Inca Living Danmark ApS, Hospitalsgade 10, 8900 Randers C, Denmark, CVR.: 34888000. Tel. +45 73 70 70 20.

1.ORDERING THE PRODUCT

When you have placed an order for an item on this webshop, you will receive an order confirmation by email as a receipt for our receipt of your order. When the order is shipped, you will receive an invoice for the purchase and a shipping number (track & trace number).

If you have not received the order confirmation, please first check your spam filter. If you still have not received it, or if you have any other questions about your order, please contact us by phone: +45 7370 7020 or email: inca@inca.dk, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

All communication is done via email, including order confirmation and invoice.

  1. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices on the webshop include VAT and other taxes unless otherwise stated.

You can pay with VISA, MasterCard, MobilePay, Dankort and bank transfer. Including various foreign cards. The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped from the warehouse.

When making a bank transfer, you are not protected by the objection scheme.

  1. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Delivery from Inca Living takes place both within Denmark and in the rest of the world.

Shipped with either GLS or Postnord within Denmark. If the order is to be shipped outside Denmark, DHL Express is used.

Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible and is expected to be shipped within 2-3 business days.

Inca Living Danmark ApS does not assume responsibility for delays by the carrier, weather conditions, defective delivery from third parties and other external influences.

  1. RIGHT OF CANCELATION

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to (inca@inca.dk) or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

  1. RETURN

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.

The condition of the item when you return it

If the product has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We will withhold payment until we have received the goods.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address.

The item is sent to: Inca Living, Hospitalsgade 10, 8900 Randers C.

You can also cancel your purchase by notifying us and delivering it in person to the above address by prior arrangement.

  1. RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases of goods.

This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

  1. COMPLAINT ACCESS

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase from us, you can submit a complaint to: Center for Complaints Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.

If you reside in an EU country other than Denmark, you can complain to the EU Commission's online complaint portal here – http://ec.europa.eu/odr

Inca Living uses cookies to collect information.

  1. PERSONAL DATA POLICY

We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, phone number and email address. We register and disclose the personal information that is necessary to deliver the goods to you.

The personal data is registered with Inca Living Danmark ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.

  1. CHOICE OF LAW

These terms and conditions, and any purchase agreement regarding the purchase of goods from us, are subject to Danish law, excluding Danish conflict of law rules and CISG. The venue for any court proceedings is the Court in Randers.

  1. RESERVATIONS AND DISCLAIMER

The webshop reserves the right to any tax changes, price and proofreading errors, technical errors, sold-out items and force majeure, including labor disputes, epidemics/pandemics, etc., as well as deficiencies in or delays in deliveries from subcontractors.
