Delivery and Shipment
The delivery time for your order is 2-5 days.
Inca Living Danmark ApS uses GLS for shipment of orders to Denmark and DHL Express for shipment of orders to the rest of the world.
Freight cost is calculated from the weight of the items.
DHL offers you the chance, to choose which day and time you wish to receive your package.
So, you know you are home for delivery.
You will receive a Track and Trace-number upon shipment, which allows you to always track the shipment.
Rights of withdrawal
We offer a 14-day period for refund on products bought in our web shop.
The right of withdrawal counts from the day:
- You receive the order.
- Physically possesses the last product, when the deal is regarding several separate products in one order, that’s delivered separately or split over more times.
- Physically possesses the last shipment or part when the deal is regarding an order-delivery that contains of more parts or shipments.
- Physically possesses the first product, when the deal is regarding orders that is regularly delivered.The shipment fee for returning the product, when making use one’s rights of withdrawal, is held by the buyer and will be deducted from the deposit before the refund.
The rights of withdrawal must be reported to us within a 14day limit from the buying date.
The order must be sent off for return within a 14day limit from reporting the return to us.
The rights of withdrawals must be reported by e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the e-mail you must proclaim your desire to make use of the rights of withdrawal by enunciating.
Then we will register it with DHL, the return-label will be deduced from the payment if the order.

Orders or shipments that are excluded from the rights of withdrawal:
- Personalized products, from the buyers own specifications.
- Sealed products which, due to health or hygiene reasons, is not suitable for returns.
- Sealed products where the seal has been broken post-delivery.
- Products that is damaged post-delivery.
Condition of the item you have returned
The product must be returned to us in the same condition.
The buyer holds the responsibility and risk to any, and all decay, damage and decrease of value, that occur due to gross mishandling of – or insufficient packaging of the product.
This means, that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded, if the product is returned damaged due to mishandling or insufficient packaging.
It is up to Inca Living Danmark ApS to evaluate the item’s condition.
There is a 2year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law.
The warranty applies to all errors in material and fabrication.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Inca Living Danmark ApS in a reasonable amount of time after the goods have been received. We consider a maximum of 3 months to be a reasonable time, unless otherwise is explicitly agreed upon.
The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.
Inca Living Danmark ApS covers return costs to a reasonable extent, if it is due to error and defects at delivery.

Warranty complaints will not be accepted if they are sent by cash-on-delivery system.
If you decide to make use of rights of withdrawal, you will be refunded the payment for the product minus the shipping fee for return label.
In case of impairment of the returned product, that is due to insufficient packaging, of which the buyer holds the responsibility, this will be deducted from the payment before it is refunded.
We will refund the payment when we receive the product back into our storage.
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others.
