Return Policy

As a consumer, you have a 14-day return policy when you shop with us.

The return policy expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order but they are delivered separately, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to us (inca@inca.dk).

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are liable if there is any damage during transportation.

Item condition upon return

If the item has lost value due to you using it in a way that was not necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, you can only get part of the purchase price back.

The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

You must return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item.

Refund of the purchase price

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has been devalued, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund the money using the same payment method that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We withhold payment until we have received the item.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address.

You can also cancel the purchase by notifying us and delivering it in person to the above address by prior arrangement.
